Erin Andrews Case
Today prosecutors in the Erin Andrews peephole video case asked the judge for a 27 month sentence for Michael Barrett. Andrews' lawyer, Marshall Grossman, thinks Andrews will fight for a tougher sentence. The maximum sentence Barrett could receive is five years when he is sentenced on February 22. I think he should get the maximum sentence. What he did was disgraceful, invasion of privacy to the max. Anyone have any thoughts?
